independence

Our independence – the entire point

One quick but important point about structure. CSCE is not a side-project of a law firm. It is a separate company — follow by the International Sanctions Institute. Why does that matter?

A certification is only credible if the people issuing it are independent from the people being certified. The moment a law firm certifies its own clients, the standard is dead
So we built CSCE as its own institution. Its own methodology. Its own Quality Board.
That independence is not a technicality. It is the reason CSCE can be trusted by banks, regulators, and counterparties.

"Independence is what lets a bank, a regulator, or an investor take our word for it."
